Kennel Lyager was borned in the summer of 1992, and aready the same year, came the first litter to the world. Kennel Lyagers A - Litter. The mother was intimately chosen; namely Bech's Quinte ( VA1 Fanto v. Hirschel - Bech's Ninna ), an unbelievable power- and substancefull bitch, who specially distinguish herself by her wonderfull temperament. Quinte was according Dr. Beck, the most faithful Fanto v. Hirschel child, he ever has seen! Strenght as a male, Head like a bull.  The father to the A - Litter was Bertha's Winner ( Gorbi v. Bad-boll - Hafrans Xara ). 12 puppies was been borned; 9 survived. And then the party was on going. from that Litter shall specially noticed Lyagers Argo.

Argo went countless 1. places in Germany and Denmark. For instance he stay Nr. 13 in the German BSHZ in Karksruhe boefore Mr. G. Köllges. In that way, kennel Lyager was starting, and since are all things going stroke by stroke.

 I became a member of the Danish Sheppard Club in 1991 and member of the German Sheppard Club in 1992. In 2004 i became a breedinstructor of the Danish Sheppard Club.

 That it was exactly me, who was starting kennel Lyager, lay a little bit in the cards. My Grand-dad, Th. Lyager, had in allmost all of his long life to do with breed and education of German Sheppards. He was for instance one of the first ones, who was importing German Sheppards to Denmark, to improve the race. From my good old grand-dad, god save his name, have i learnt very much, and a lot of this i can carry on to other interested. We have almost always has had German Sheppards in our family.

 Then in 1992, i've got Bech's Quinte; breeder was Thorkild Bech, who was my great inspirator and theacher. He could tell for days abut dogs like Uran v. Wildsteiger Land and Quando v. Armenius, and also showing hundred of lantern slides + all the good stories. Thank you; Thorkild.

 Kennel Lyager are always endeavouring for the superb. There is no middle course, only the best are good enough. We are naturally only breeding at animals with an election, anything else are in our eyes noy serios breedwork. Superb means that we always are trying to find the absolutely best breed-partner to our bitches, often in Germany. The result of this, who also is our goal, are to made the most beautiful and good working german sheppard you ever have seen., to good for the race and for the world!

Among many, could be mentioned the last shoot at the trunk; Lyager's Narsina ( VA Erasmus van Noort - Cindie v. Streithahn ). Narsina came to the world at the 13.04 - 2005. She had been showing a lot of times and becomed many first places, for both dänish and outlandish judges. At the Dänish Sieger Show 2006 where Narsina called out in front, but at the end she where an honourfull SG2 before the scwedish judge; Mr. Anders Erikson.
